MA Agriculture, which is based in our Sutton office, incorporates farming bible, Farmers Weekly, as well as specialist agriculture brands including Pig World, Poultry Business, Poultry News, Farm Contractor and Large Scale Farmer, Agronomist & Arable Farmer, Weekly Tribune and the Women in Agriculture awards.
MA Business is Mark Allen’s B to B publishing business. It covers sectors including, manufacturing & engineering, aviation & auto, technology, HR, print, build environment, as well as commercial property as the publisher of renowned industry brand, Estates Gazette. It is based across our Dartford and London offices.
MA Education & Music is a two arm publishing and events company: it’s education and social care arm includes titles for professionals working with and teaching children and adults; it’s music arm publishes consumer music brands including Gramophone, Jazzwise, Songlines, International Piano, Chair & Organ, and Opera Now. The team work from our London office.
MA Exhibitions, based out of our London and Liverpool offices, Mark Allen’s large scale exhibitions and expos, as well as its conferences not attached to brands. It is a truly global event business, organising events in every major continent in the world.
MA Healthcare is an established provider of peer-reviewed nursing and medical education, offering digital content resources, conferences, and digital workflow and development resources for professionals at all levels of training and practice.
From established titles such as British Journal of Nursing, Journal of Wound Care and British Journal of Midwifery to a growing range of more specialist titles, our journals, events and platforms are renowned for their currency, clarity, and accessibility, supporting both clinical and professional education. MA Healthcare is based in the London office.
MA Finance media was born out of Mark Allen’s purchase of the UK and Asia assets of the wealth management publishing and events company, Bonhill Group plc. It’s brands include Portfolio Advisor and Fund Selector Asia. It’s UK operations are based across the group’s London Herne Hill and London City offices, with its Asia business run out of offices in Hong Kong and Singapore.
MA Travel Retail is a global business serving the travel retail sector with expert industry content and international events. It is managed by two doyens of the industry, Martin Moodie and Dermot Davitt, who launched Moodie Davitt Report and which was acquired by Mark Allen in 2024.
