The company has been shortlisted alongside organisations including BBC Studios, Rightmove, Telegraph Media Group, TalkTalk, Nutanix and Digital Realty.
The TIARA Talent Acquisition Awards recognise excellence, innovation and measurable impact across the recruitment industry. Finalists are selected by an independent panel of senior talent acquisition and business leaders.
Mark Allen’s entry focused on the work led by Talent Director Claire Wise and Internal Recruitment Executive Jo Dommett to introduce a more structured and values-based approach to recruitment across the Group.
This included translating Mark Allen’s four values, Passionate, Creative, Nurturing and Fair, and their twelve supporting behaviours into clear assessment criteria. The team also strengthened interview scorecards and introduced greater consistency into hiring decisions, helping managers assess candidates using evidence rather than instinct alone.
The work has contributed to measurable improvements across the recruitment process, including stronger candidate satisfaction, higher offer acceptance and more effective shortlisting.
Claire Wise said:
“We are incredibly proud to be shortlisted. To see Mark Allen recognised alongside organisations of this scale is a significant achievement and reflects how far our recruitment approach has developed.
“Our focus has been on creating a process that is structured, fair and genuinely connected to our values, while still giving hiring managers the flexibility they need. I am especially grateful to Jo for her hard work, enthusiasm and commitment, and to everyone across the business who has supported this work.”
The winners will be announced at the TIARA Awards ceremony on 24 September 2026 at the Royal Lancaster London.
