The Mark Allen Group has now completed its acquisition of the UK and Asia assets of the wealth management publishing company, Bonhill Plc, having gained the approval of Bonhill’s shareholders.
These assets include: Bonhill Create, Portfolio Advisor, Expert Investor, International Advisor, Fund Selector Asia, ESG Clarity and Future Flows.
