Conference Producer

The Position

We are seeking to appoint a Conference Producer for our healthcare and education divisions which have a portfolio of 20-25 events per year. 

Working closely with the team, you will have responsibilities for organising and delivering individual in-person and virtual events, from inception to on-the-day management. A key part of the role will be to help the team to research and produce relevant academic programmes for those specific healthcare and education audiences. 

Main roles and responsibilities


  • Research of healthcare/education topics and organisation of academic programmes.
  • Production of virtual events, including setting up virtual event platforms, organising technical checks, supporting speakers and delegates throughout the live broadcast.
  • Management of in-person event logistics including liaising with speakers, organising AV and catering arrangements, on-site management.
  • Copywriting and proofreading.
  • Implementation of marketing campaigns, including website build, social media, digital and print adverts.
  • Analysing effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Budget management.

This role will normally be based in an Excellent office at the group’s head office in south London. However, currently most people are working remotely.



  1. Strong interest in research, particularly in the fields of healthcare, education, and children’s services.
  2. A creative flair and strong communication and project management skills are essential.  
  3. Great attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritise under many different demands.
  4. Excellent IT skills.
