Senior telesales executive – Community Care

Job Purpose:

  • To sell online advertising and content solutions to our recruitment and display customers effectively, over the telephone, in order to achieve team and individual targets and to maintain a consistently high level of customer service and administration in line with the high standards set.
  • Working with our care sector customers, you will have responsibility for our contracted customers, generating new customers and ensuring we meet all of their objectives.
  • Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will deliver a high volume of good quality calls, cross selling across a portfolio of products and solutions.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

  • Lead execution – pure telesales tasked with engaging lapsed and new customers
  • Work to individual and team targets
  • Build strong and lucrative relationships with new and existing customers
  • Versatility to sell across jobs and display markets
  • Campaign manage contracted clients effectively and competently
  • Develop existing customers to generate additional revenue
  • Provide client and competitor information and intelligence to the BDM & SD
  • Exceed minimum expectations including phone activity and revenue targets

  • Ability to sell effectively and build relationships over the telephone

  • Knowledge of customers’ products and services

Experience Required:

  • At least 1 year telesales experience
  • Excellent negotiation & communication skills
  • Good IT literacy and written English
  • Good work ethic, self-motivated with a drive to reach and exceed targets
  • A track record of success
