The Mark Allen Group’s international sales growth recognised for a 2nd successive year

The Mark Allen Group has once again been singled out as one of the UK’s fastest growing companies for international sales.

The Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200 ranks the UK’s mid-market, privately held companies with the fastest growing international sales, measured over their latest two years of accounts.

In the financial year to the end of March 2016, international sales for the business grew by 22.5% placing the Mark Allen Group 46th in the league table, fuelled – in part – by its acquisition of Airport Publishing Network in September 2015, which runs events across four continents and has specialist publications circulated in over 200 countries.

Ben Allen, the Group’s Chief Executive, said: “We are delighted to once again appear in The Sunday Times HSBC International Track, which is recognition of our strategy to develop our footprint overseas and take our brands and events into new markets. We continue to look for opportunities outside of the UK, evidenced by our recent acquisition of a cluster of international events from Industry Dynamics. In times of increased uncertainty in the UK, businesses must adapt and have a global focus.”
