MA Healthcare launches Equine Health

September 2011 marked the launch of Equine Health, a monthly health resource dedicated to the equine industry.

 

Chris Keats has taken up the reigns as editor and the magazine seeks to bring practitioners in the field best practice, research, professional issues and news.

 

Eight weeks ago, my thoughts of the horse market were its full of fox-bothering millionaires who are too posh to wash. Eight weeks on, it’s a very different story.

 

The magazine launched at the British Equine Vetinary Association meeting Liverpool in September.

 

Publisher Anthony Kerr, said: “I first met Chris Keats for lunch, and was impressed by her passion for horses, how well she knew the industry and her vision of the future.

 

“Chris has been part of the industry for over 15 years and her ambition is to produce a genuine health resource for the equine market.
