A & D Media acquires Human Resources magazine

A & D Media, part of the Mark Allen Group of companies, has acquired the monthly Human Resources magazine and associated brand activities from Haymarket Business Media.

 

HR is a leading title in the field of human resources and will add significantly to A & D Media's business-to-business portfolio.

 

Mark Allen said: "For some time now I have wanted a publication in human resources and this fits the bill perfectly. In Siân Harrington the magazine has a hugely accomplished editor who is well known and respected by human resources directors. I am delighted that she has decided to join us."

 

He added: "Haymarket have done an amazing job with this publication. They have consistently produced an editorial product of very high standards and developed several different revenue streams. I am very excited to be acquiring this title. In our hands, the title will continue to flourish."

 

The sale of the title, which will be based in Mark Allen Group's head office in south London, was completed on November 9th.
